Previously it was a very good company.. But afterwards some dishonest people take full command of the company with support from the top management. The result was obvious & the health of the company starts deteriorating.. The good engineers left paving the way of the dishonest people & they took full advantage of the situation.Then after realizing the situation they called the old staffs & tried to recover. At this point of time the change of government takes place in West Bengal. As they were in close proximity of the major party of the previous government;they were caught on wrong foot. Afterwards the final nail was nailed in their coffin when Amri fire took place as they were the major stake holders along with Emami. Emami managed to sneak at the cost of them. It became easy for Emami as Shrachi was never in good book of the political party of the present government.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
