Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Previously it was a very good company.. But afterwards some dishonest people take full command of the company with support from the top management. The result was obvious & the health of the company starts deteriorating.. The good engineers left paving the way of the dishonest people & they took full advantage of the situation.Then after realizing the situation they called the old staffs & tried to recover. At this point of time the change of government takes place in West Bengal. As they were in close proximity of the major party of the previous government;they were caught on wrong foot. Afterwards the final nail was nailed in their coffin when Amri fire took place as they were the major stake holders along with Emami. Emami managed to sneak at the cost of them. It became easy for Emami as Shrachi was never in good book of the political party of the present government.
