Department head are political guy, only politics going on there, few old staff are like boss , don’t have proper knowledge but only for manager support they stay in this company

Management is nice , they are supportive and very much courteous , work satisfaction is good , the group of directors are very nice as per work perspective they also help their employees in critical situations, learning process and work exposure is better.
