A person with hotel management course working as production engineer, such a shame on them. Poor management. And don't talk about increment, who ever close to Bhaiji got promoted fast

Being an supplier Bengal use the latest technology in all departments, it enbles us to be update about the market. here all the engineers are level II in all disciplines.there is a lot to learn either that would be about documents, about tool room, about welding, about quality checks etc. and But when you talk about the policies and appraisal then you have to make a tiny compromise with it.
