Huge work load. Insufficient staff. Staffs were cooperative.

Salary comes after 20 - 25 days after month end. No job satisfaction. No proper appraisal. No proper decision on anything. Inefficient administration.

The top Administration enjoys the cream. No any coordination between doctors n hospital staff. Malpractice is mainly an important part of the hospital carried out in various forms. Salaries related issues is a chronic problem. Most of the doctor's even me along with most competent staff left the job for severe mismanagement. The root cause I would highlight was the CEO, Clinical Director Dr. A. Banerjee. I would rather like to give an opinion to new joining staff, to think twice before they act.

NO CAREER GROWTH ,TRAINING POLICIES VERY POOR,WORK CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT FULL OF DIRTY POLITICS, NO INNOVATION ATTITUDE AT ALL, DOING POLITICS MORE RATHER THAN GOOD PATIENT CARE SERVICE ,SALARY APPRAISAL POLICIES NOT UP TO THE MARK

Only the outer structure signifies a hospital.

Dislikes

Very poor management, full of nasty politics going within. Working environment is totally hampered by interference of non-clinical management CEO and clinical director playing a blame game. Simply it's a waste of talent and time for the young and energetic persons/doctors to give their precious time n effort.
