...Management both are very Bad in this Company. No one is co-operative or Helpful. You will be treated like a Machine & will be forced to do Job even after working hours too and at the time of salary no extra time payout will be given. Co. Management treats you like they are doing favour by giving you salary.

As a Business Development Manager Manager can make fake promises after you will feel disappointed. Even HR is also not helpful at all they would say talk to your manager everytime or If at conference call if your manager is found at guilty No one will take step against him while a step against you will be taken immediately if There is minor mistake of yours. Even they make false promises to DRs. Drs too are not satisfied with them after association, they make Big promises or shows big profits to the Drs but after association with the Hospital their work or sale is pathetic. From Top to Bottom all management is very partial. No Job security,No promotion, No family life, No work ethics.

Traveling police is good. directors are excellent people. learnt so much.

No job security, very less increments for present working people but they give good package new joiners. work environment is very harmful with RMs. directors are very excellence but they trust RMs only. these peoples are playing politics for them self only. I worked for company because of i learnt so much.

No growth every month we will receive salary on 14th especially in admin department there is lot of politics between admin manager kishore front office executive ravi while I'm joining in this company recruiter anusha told you will receive salary on 5th but when we ask her no response especially payroll spandana don't know how to talk with executives ta team is the worst people they won't say the correct information from july to December i didn't received my pf amount I'm suggesting to jobseekers not to join in eyegear especially admin department because of front office ravi kishore accounts department navneet mahesh mostly the security guard ciss service or worst lag of negligence of kishore ravi front office person ravi every time asking money to employees there is lot of gambling in grocery items while distributing to branches they provide quality less tea powder from begum bazar kishore don't know how to behave with team especially he will play the politics with office assistant security guard

Working hours is very good, All team members are very helpful. Timely get salary and high incentive.

Really i am very happy with work in benfranklin( Eyegear Optics India private limited) there is no dislike button for this company.
