Beml is place where individual learn/ skill development by its own. Job security is highly appreciable. Promotion is timely but less incremental.

Work Culture in not freindly. Work satisfaction in this company is less. Salary and other benefits is not justifiable as per your expectations & qualification.

... and culture.. Teammates aren't supportive and management is not transparent.. Canteen is worst, company policies aren't good, appraisals aren't fair and not much salary hike and no bonus at all..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Am really happy about my experience during my training period at beml because i have got best employees, AGMs, Senior Manager and co trainees those who well co-operated to work & learn new technical things , trained me well and am thankfull to their morvel support. Now i have an idea about administrative works as well as subsation maintenance or electrical maintainance which is more familier with my acadamic subjects or career. They have created good environment at alocated Department. Am really proud to say i was an obidient at work , attendance and worked hard

Dislikes

only one thing is stipend 4000/6000 which is pay for trainees is not upto the mark or their pocket money also. Which is very very less and each and every employees should train up trainees well and also all trainees should have intrest to learn new technical things with maintaining the deciplane
