Individuals can express their ideas for improvements in work area. The same are being reviewed and encouraged by rewarding by team of panel members consisting of Head of Design, Quality, Manufacturing / Operations, Service and Finance. Every year more than 800 kaizan projects will be carried out. Periodical Service issues and service suggestions will be discussed at the plant level. Suggestions will be recorded and decision will be taken at the plant level wherein the Service chief is also a member. Every year teams from Manufacturing, Assembly, Design, Quality, Maintenance will come out with proposals for productivity improvement plan in their respective areas. Company is encouraging for to improve their skills by imparting training. Individuals are encouraged to take training classes in 'Center of Excellence' to share their knowledge / expertise with co-officers & co-employees. BEML has good colony for employees with all amenities including education centres, company bus facilities at nominal cost for seeking education outside colony. BEML teams are participating in Industry competition awards organized and many time qualified and also won prizes both National & International. Career growth is good.
