Nothing. There is nothing good in this company except that they will pay you on time and not cut the salary even during covid.

Dislikes

This is the worst company ever. No work life balance you will have to work from Monday to Saturday and that too 9 in half hours, management of the company is worst & the company enviornment is toxic. You cant leave early from office gate pass is not available. And the Japanese officials except 1 or 2 are the worst I have ever seen.

company culture was good, job security good and policies were overall good. provide many facilities like food, transport, attendance award and diwali bonus.

Dislikes

It's a MNC company but culture is just like indian lala companies. Japanese only listen to some of indian guys only do buttering them. BPS dept. is whole responsible of all activities in company. MD think only BPS dept.have all knowledge about all work happen in company. At appraisal time some selective employees gets goods hike every year. others gets very low hike like IT dept. there have on 2 person, but they got B & C grades last year.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Bellsonica is a MNC . It is in Manesar Maruti park . Top management is good of Bellsonica . Some systems of working is also good .

Some Departments HOD having partiality with other state employees . Salary structure is average .
