There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but growth is slow

I worked at good environment but they give less salary hard work I get some experience only I started working in this atlest I didn't earn money for my futer I didn't send money to my parents to all salary for pg and transportation.😢Plece increase salary for employees atlest. That's why I resigned my job due to less salary and management also not good.

Don't work for such a outsourcing company they will issue salary with their own structure not as standard and salary date will be according to their mood not as particular date

Kindly give the offer letter when the employee joining date and make the monthly CTC structure as standard for every month

Over all i would say bellfast is making the job opportunities to many graduates who is really want to aspire something in their own field. This is especially suitable for the diploma rank holders.

As per my perspective ,they should conduct some sort of activities..or pursuit. That can motivate everyone. All through I don't mean everyday, but monthly or something.. which can involve everyone and have a good relations and motivation.
