The work expereience was good at BELAGAVI SHREE BASAVESHWAR CO-OP BANK LTD. I really appreciate the work environment, co-ordination between employees, salary, job security, learning, etc. But I couldn't continue there because, I wanted to take care of my little kids, that's why I had applied for leave without pay, but the management didn't agreed. But now this BANK has 8 branches and the employees get sufficient leave and also they are getting 6th pay scale salary.
