Such a great place if you want to marry and settle. So all depends on your priorities if you want to have a peaceful life. join here and want growth and learning then join somewhere else.

Like as I mentioned it is great for relaxation but not so great for learning and great. You can prepare for competitive exams. There is too much red-tapism and autocracy. The environment discourages innovation and creativity. It's like a typical government office where you to be a sycophant to succeed. However there are a few hard working and talented individuals who bear the brunt of a non performing task force and they are over worked. The upper management has no clue what is exactly software development and they still use tools that were used 20 years ago. They just hate to change with the latest advancements in technology world. There is senior junior class division and these seniors consider themselves some prominent scientist of this country. They make big promises and fail to deliver everytime. The projects keep going on and on with no decisive goals. So in short don't come here for learning and growth. Join only when you want to live a peaceful life.

Excellent medical benefits, dedicated club, gym, sports, swimming pool, guest house etc. You do not need to bring work to home. There is no work pressure unless deadline approaches.

Dislikes

Slow growth, no flexibility in timings, 6 day work week, salary hike is very less.

pride to contribute for defence electronics manufacturing. Unique player in defence electronics manufacturing. Lot of scope for learning of product engineering.

Low compensation, No opportunities of foreign onsite assignments.
