Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.

Likes

Excellent medical benefits, dedicated club, gym, sports, swimming pool, guest house etc. You do not need to bring work to home. There is no work pressure unless deadline approaches.

Dislikes

Slow growth, no flexibility in timings, 6 day work week, salary hike is very less.

Less permanent job opportunities, less paysacle or no fixed pay scale for contract workers, no minimum respect for contract workers by security officials, poor cafeteria services.
