They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.

Organisation have many years of experience in the industry Wfh is provided in case of emergencies Travel and food is provided & helpfull to people who live away from home Average work life balance

Dislikes

...for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary and provide travel. Food is pathetic, many complains made for food but no action. Poor resource management by managers. Promotion is not on the basis of potential. It's like one resigns & who can fill the gap.

Lack of diversity Sometimes I also faced racism because I am not from Gujrat Low salary No other perquisites Only gujrati's get promotion HR will brag that the company provides lunch, but believe me that lunch is very bad in taste as well as very much unhealthy. Rudeness towards people from states other than gujrat.

- Free Food - Free Transportation - Good Premise at the Gift City Gandhinagar - Could get a good jump (Salary Hike) compared to my previous Job - One can develop a good interpersonal & communication skill.

Dislikes

- Just try for the other good KPOs in Ahmedabad or Banglore or Gandhinagar but never join this hell. - 2 years bond. No point in their 2-penny pre-joining training. - Worst HR - Poor Appraisal. can be called worth less. - Internal politics. The team Leader (mine), Team manager, and Assistant Team Leaders (Mine) are F***** Liars. Never trust their words. Most of them are MBAs so they have very poor knowledge regarding accounting aspects. They have multiple masks to fool you. they pretend as your friend but never hesitate to backstab you. - Immense workload. After investing your all time and energy, what you would learn which helps you to grow in the long run? Almost nothing. trust me almost nothing. even a high school kid can perform the same kind of tasks. Ridiculous labor process. - Asking for the leave and asking for the kidneys are the same over there. No backups are planned for you. - If the leave is inevitable then your ATL(Assistant Team Leader) will perform only the most critical tasks. all remaining tasks must be done by you once you get back from leave and it would take many extra hours above and over your shift timing on the next day. - Rigid HR policies. They would only change in case of the company's convenience. Employees will never be benefited from that.

Working at Befree means you are working for Top Australian KPO company. Befree provides all the facilities that MNC provides to its employee's, though it would be Lunch, Company bus, organising events like Food Fest, Sports day, etc. If employee is hardworking and consistent then he/she will definitely enjoy at Befree. Most important - Job security, Even during Covid 19 lockdown there was no Job cutting but in fact we all have got increment which was due with proper match to our performance.

Dislikes

Disagreement depends on person to person, Some may feel that they didn't get as desired salary hike, for some having bond period for 2 years is quiet long. But not in my case that i have got to share dislike for Befree. If in case I got any, I have communicated with TL and things were settled at win win situation. So Happy with that.
