...for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary and provide travel. Food is pathetic, many complains made for food but no action. Poor resource management by managers. Promotion is not on the basis of potential. It's like one resigns & who can fill the gap.

Nothing, here it is full politics they not appreciate hard working and talented employees Here just 6 month experience guy gets promotion in place of 4 yrs experience guy Very bad 😞😔

...oper management decisions , delay in every decision making. Biased work culture. Not enough employee benifits, more work and less pay. No OT pays but need to work for extra hours. Chanting groups only able to grow. They give Fake effeciency reviews and lies about positions but won't offer you as promised. Dormant HR team.

...ill provide solid training but entirely they playing with us * No perks at all * Salary hikes is very minimum , one of my friend who worked for 1 year with top rating got only 5% hike , by the way our inflation rate is more than this so ur getting salary deduction if you can understand *No proper trainings * They will make you work like a slave But one thing if you are not finding any other opportunities definitely go for this, every one should definitely say no to agreement , then only this HR will realise we have to change Because they are not providing any extraordinary training which costs them * At last it may be anything "The agreement made by company is not valid as per courts " so you should never pay them when you leave before the agreement period Legally they will not take any action against you, even if they take its their mistakes they will definitely loose their case

They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.
