I like the fact that they give importance to creativity and contribution in business irrespective of hierarchy of employees. Also a lot of social freedom as well

Dislikes

The company keeps changing it's system and processes from time to time, which acts as a barrier for employee growth and business processing. The employee benefits is not that great in terms of recognition and incentives. Growth is stagnant after a point of time.
