Believe me, this site BD TCI is just a service company which works for BD and claims itself as OEM. Expectation is that you work 10 to 5 in day time and you are expected to work from 7 to 12 AM or even beyond during the US time by killing your personal time. Work is allocated in such a way you fall into such schedules. Doing all this they call themselves as flexible. Best part is you can meet project timelines only if you work day and night, and you'll also be recognised only if you do that. They have team outings/Lunch etc....and they say we have all this to meet your targets. Please stay away.

Work life balance is affected due to late evening calls. Recently the approach to execute the projects have been changed making the work style hectic and keeps you in a stressful situation and drains mentally. The job security Recently has been questioning.

Offers less salary to new employees who deserves to get more salary. There is no difference between Under graduates and Post graduates in terms of salary. The employees who are holding under graduation and less percentage in academics offered more salary than the employees who are holding higher grades, awards and post graduation. HR's are not in the position to evaluate the employee and offers deserving salary based on Educational background, years of experience and technology they are working. Even the cab drivers make same salary in a month. Then why our parents spent lot of money for education since childhood. I request HR's to keep in mind to offer a salary to an employee He/She deserves to be. or else employees will keep on changing to other companies. I'm feeling shame to tell my salary to my co-employees when they said their salaries with Same years of experience and when someone working on old technology which they don't need to update latest technologies.

No healthy work life balance here, employees are driven by creating fear not by motivation. No support stystem, marketing is doing absolutely nothing . Heavy sales pressure, complicated processes and there is almost zero system support in processes, 99% EOD deadlines. They trying to bring automation in process but pushing for heavy manual data work
