Everything... everyone will shout ruthlessly, no roadmap, priority will change in every minute, no management, too much politics, no job security, no one will guide or help you... will call on weekends and holidays and make you work even if u have completed you work. Will ask to stay back and work.

No one in that company will support a freshers and Lot of politics. There is no job security. work culture, management and company policies are too worst. New one cannot survive in that company

Bectochem is perfect company to start your carrier.You can learn a lot by working in this company.you can gain experience by working in all departments.All mangers are very experienced n helpful.

Work pressure is very high throughout the year.You have to work late almost through out the year.
