...ay 1. If you are good at toddy and buttery talks then this company is for you. Since no one joins this company they give you a huge bonus, engage you in pre Engagement talks regularly. They will literally lure into job and showing dreamy rosey picture. Once you fall in the trap, and after joining you will realise you are in deep trouble. You will see no work life balance.. people will call anytime anyday. You will realise that the old employees are pets of managers and they are treated differently. They don't have any rules. You can't talk against them and God forbid if they say a simple thing against you, then you are gone, because managers will take their word. They have no clarity and will expect you to get it by yourself. EVERY old employees will become your boss and question you and advice you every now and then. They will shameless ask you to work on Saturday and Sunday also. By the time you would have enough, and you would try to leave then you will know that the joining bonus needs to be returned if you leave within 18 months.. many people just wait for that and then leave.. There are silent firings.. you will be always worried about your job, even without your fault. More experience you have more dangerous company this is.

...hich is the best process in the world and is the inspiration for lean and agile. Salary is best in class. Travel opportunities exist depending on team and role. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

A large proportion of trammates are bad, as the company finds it hard to fill positions due to its low brand value and doesn't filter out candidates with bad attitude. There is no job security or career growth. Appraisals are bad and include one time bonuses in addition to variable pay which reduce CTC and future hikes. Politics is bad and more insidious as the company has a "no politics" policy. This makes people play subtle politics that is more difficult to counter. There is no learning or innovation as managers want to maintain inefficient status quo which is less risky, paying only lip service to process improvement. Work environment is bad.

Work life balance is good. Cab facilities are good.

Dislikes

The place is a body shop. You are hired for Beckman but you will work on projects(read it as projects and not Companies) Leica Biosystems, Leica Microsystems, Radiometer etc. Nobody in the leadership knows what to do. Finally they can say goodbye to you anytime once the project completes or halts. Beware!!

Finance leadership is poor. They are self centred people. Only care about themselves. They will give no opportunities. Finance Director, Finance Head will take big hike and leave nothing for others.
