Major Letdowns: *: Crushing workload and suffocating pressure, with zero overtime pay to show for it. *: Managers and leads are super controlling and micromanaging - it's like they own your life. *: Forget about work-life balance - your existence revolves around pleasing your supervisor. Expect zero flexibility or understanding. *: Salary increment - salary increment will be based on your relation with manager not based on the work.

Dislikes

No job security. Employees can be removed same day of joining without seeing their performance. Many employees are already removed from day one of joining to within a year without evaluating their performance. Even after giving offer letter and date of joining, bechtel rejected a day before joining date without any reason. Very risky, use and kick out type company.

The Company is awesome and it has many things here to explore in terms of safety, construction & pre-commissioning & Commissioning in a very professional manner. Even you are got a chance to work in this company but in other locations like worst climatic conditions, this company will provide all required facilities and makes you more comfortable. Moreover, I feel multi-national culture here and having maximum clarity in every activities like site activity, testing etc.. and it will be documented properly as in online database. By the way, even being experienced, I am learning a lot here and happily continuing..

Its all about team work and Bechtel has the correct methods in place for this. Salary and appraisals are very good. The company encourages you to learn and better yourself with their university program. The work invironment is always something unique. The work-life balance is very good and other companies could learn from them.

Only liking of this company is that there was no extended hours of working and its pay package. Of course pay-package is good because there is no job security at all.Any time people is fired.
