...the Head of IT. The MD tolerated him for 2 years before finally kicking him out. Salary cuts and no increments were given to the employees who were working for the betterment of the company.

If you work hard and be productive, you would be asked to work under a junior person.

Dislikes

MD knows all abuses known to mankind. 5 HR Managers left in last 7 years. 8 Planning managers left in last 8 years. All shops and departments have seen multiple change in personnel. The new Plant head saved 15 Lakhs and made the company lose crores.

Our teammates are supporting in every situation and management is helping out in every situation , company policies is good there is hygienic and canteen and we get bonus every year

This company is very big group and coming soon new technology for Bebitz higher quality product produce.All the system is very well work flow aur employee in this company .This company is given all the facility to employee.

We are Good working with our team.training not possible in this company .we are working with my team in this company without job security.environment not very good of this company.

It was great to work with the team however the management was very conservative and there was too much of micromanagement. There was a sense of fear among the employees.
