HR policies and behaviour and their way of treatment. Working environment is not soo good. They think CAD drafting means structure designing. Work quality is very poor and they don't have the technically strong people to guide juniors. No value for B Tech graduatee.

...mates very good and cooperative.There are so many oportunity for carrier growth.Salary is very regular and working areas are very execellent.Overall comapany is very good and you can build up your carrier here.The company is very much open to innovation and readily to adopts latest technology by means of gathering latest equipments.we all the teammates are vey to work this company and we are ever ready to give our best.

Still I have no dislike, because MD sir has given space and time for each and every project, and he guided us closely.

Management is good most of the work experience in the tunneling field more experience i got from this company in the civil field and got more good contact with good experienced persons from different companies too.

There is no bad thing to tell about this company
