They offer good salary ,but no job security , they fired 100+ employe in just one month duraration and said they want to company degitalized. They not work with human they convert their all process via Ai .Agar aapko krna ni tha ho hire ktu kiya , ek bar contniue hire krke 100+ logo ko lay off kr diya . Job security bilkul zero

Salary timing was good. Brand was good.

Startup with don't have any KRA KPI. Don't have vision to expand offline. Upper Management takes the broth amd the lower in the dark. Need to workout on the current products as many patients complain for it and no one resolves.

Stupid management. VP and Hod are like sucking parasite both are doing partiality... If you are his favourite you will get promoted otherwise they make your life hell. Favortism, are on high.

Management is good and provides you best opportunity to grow in career. Even if you start as an Intern you get the opportunity to rise and become part of management. You will see many Journey's like this one.

Well work life balance is a little thing that worries sometime. Compensation is good but that can not be the reason to compromise with Work life balance.

Lucrative compensation. Sometimes WFH during lockdown exposed by govt because there was no alternate option.

Dislikes

Cheap work culture. Leg pulling culture. They already fired most of the seniors including CS Manager, Quality and Training and ORM manager to save the money hence there is no career growth expectation.
