Beam suntory is the 3rd ranked Spirit Company of the world having one of the finest portfolio of premium liquor brands Overall I think Beam is one of the good company i know where an individual can learn, grow and have balanced work-life.All the teammates are pretty good to work with. Travelling is one of the part of the job and which give ample job experiences in work as well as life.

Handsome salary , but the growth is slow.Sometimes work pressure is high as its target oriented job. You need to meet the target.

not solving the complaints/employees worries, no equality, no value for sincerity, giving value only for bucket people and illegal people and company is not interested to clear these type of issues, they are giving indirect support to do these type of illegal and political activities

I think reviewing on ground level man power New members who join in sales they collect high salary but who working last 10 years working with beam they have less salary received. I think management should look at these things.
