Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays. While work, there is serious-environment but the management ensures time to time icebreaking activities like annual picnic, team outing, regular celebrations in office which makes us feel good. 4. Throughout my tenure with Beacon Trusteeship Limited, I have witnessed opportunities given to the employees who have good potential, and management appreciates and supports employees who are proactive and take initiatives.
