It provided me with a diverse and creative range of people to work with. Being a multicultural school students came from various walks of life, it was a challenging yet satisfying experience to build up a fruitful learning environment and watch them develop towards higher goals. The management team is very focused and takes onboard inputs from staffs. Work hours can be convenient if the job can be managed well.
