No job security as Senior Management always threatens with job Security. No HR activities present within the company. Management never bother about Employees professional work balance System, Professional & Healthy working culture. No option for employees to raise their voice or issue against non professional activities/practices by senior Manager/Senior colleagues/colleagues.

...t of few Senior Managers, which is effeting Healthy business process for growth. Salary is okey but not up to the industry structure. No Genuine Polices for Employees.

... a balance between work-life and personal life as they don't have late sittings. Salary offered can be said good keeping in mind the location of this company is in a small town. Job security is there. Many employees have served the company over a decade.

Dislikes

The HR of the company should pull up their socks. It has to bring in a lot of improvement overall. Atleast have a water dispenser somewhere in the company. I had to quit due to the manager of my department. I have seen him getting verbally abusive towards his subordinates.

HR Department is very weak. There is no HR professionalism & Senior HR person don't have a sound knowledge of HR. There is So much politics in HR Department. There is so much work pressure.
