... experience, there are new learning specially in Negotiations, Contract making . Salary is good but yearly appraisal and bonus take time to be credited it usually take 2-3 months to reflect

About variable pay, company do not pay the amount if you resign after completing the that period. even if you are in the organization and completed the payable period which is completely non acceptable.

The office infrastructure is fantastic with good facilities offered. I like the open work culture everyone is willing to help no rigid hierarchy and the transparency maintained at every step is best.
