During Busy Season it gets really busy but other than that it's manageable. Great Learning opportunities.

Compensation is not upto the mark. There is lot of favouritism. There are many things which are still not defined. Office Policy is Hybrid but the issue is that you have to come to 8 days in a month and if you are on leave or there is firm holiday you have to mandatorily complete 2 days per week or 8 Days per month.

The best part about this company is its People and the culture they bring along. Many can say that since this is just the start, that is why the culture is good, but culture is driven by Management and those are the people employees trust right now.

Dislikes

They should focus more on quality than quantity of work. Also, if they want to retain the employees, market competition in terms of compensation and perks is something they should take look into now.

They pay salary on time. The interview process is very quick.

Dislikes

1. Job security. As compared to big4 audit firms, job is not secure here. There is a practice of terminating employees for unjustified reasons. 2. Lots of lean period. There are times when the workflow from the onshore team is very less. 3. Pathetic HR practices. No forum for employees to voice their concerns.

Increment range here 10 to 30 % Salary is good Performance bonus is also good varies between 10 to 30% depending upon ratings No working on Sat & Sunday.

Dislikes

Here working is according to hours. Managers will always keep poking that your billable hours should be 130/140/150/160. Micro managment is there. Work and closing pressure is here in BDO Rise Lot of politics If you are not manage’s favourite and working is not much good they will keep you on pipl and will fire you.

Dislikes

Worst people, especially the data privacy team. Zero professionalism. They fool their clients. Next level micro management from US counter parts. US consider rise people slave. And people try to show off their knowledge cause they are at higher positions. Believe me a two year experience guy can challenge them in every dynamic. Don’t come to rise ever. Be jobless better.
