For those who find what the company does as interesting, and just want to keep on doing it, keep on living without higher aspirations, it's quit good, no comments. For someone who needs growth, values the impact of the work they do, I'll never recommend.

The toxic culture and politics; Most of the people are dumb and immature; They're selling quite an outdated service(s), Using outdated methods, following age old professional culture.

The only thing I like is 2 days week off and petrol allowance

Dislikes

List of dislike 1) You can't carry water bottle on your desk. also if you are going to cafeteria (I would say an mess) the receptionist record your timing as well 2) The only thing you LEARN is Use of Power point presentation. 3) As Primary research company only work on Excel and presentation 4) A company which is running more than 30 years without HR 5) The worst rule is notice period. (Manager will not leave you until the projects you are handling is not completed and accepted by client weather it took 5 days or 5 Month). but if they want to fire you then can fire you with 7 days notice period. 6) If you are working on research team, you work profile would be like either you will be on telephone (Call center wali felling) or you will be travelling to gather the data. and most interesting part is you have to gather the data from the competitors of your project owner. Like if I am doing project for Tata motors I have to collect the data from Hyundai, Toyota and other car manufacturing company (Just an example) not using any modern modules or technology. Also your manager will tell you while contacting respondent do not use name of BDB India. you can use the any MBA collage name. 7) No training provided, not salary/appraisal. Very bad travel structure, you can't stay in hotel more than 1000 per day. 8) Even yearly holidays like Diwali Holi will be inform one day prior of the holiday 9) I have left the company 2 months back still not get my FNF and reliving letter yet 10) In lockdown companies can't fire anyone so what BDB done they sent employees for unpaid leaves from the day you do not have any work. 11) And Many more If you are seriously thinking of joining the company many of the employee only waiting for another opportunity as everyone is frustrated
