Very bad experiance in this company and only politic in this company and direct also like only spoon ..

No working culture and not appreciate to employee and dominate also every time not provide facilities and not given to promotion and increment on time

The one who wants his job by doing nothing can join BDI. Only one person from every department works honestly and that also due to job security as there is too much politics at plant & management level as well. I informed BDI in lockdown period that I can't come for the month June-20, but in the end of the month June, they decided to terminate me and forced me to resign and gave me reason that I have not informed about rejoining in lockdown period. Zero percent support.

Politics. Bad use of Authorization/power of plant managers & management. Fake appreciation.

salary late up to next month 25 , and not gives sales team their incentives on time and some times the clearly deny for incentives. or not gives any appraisal and and not gives week off

Company founders and directors only penchant of money. They don't have trust on employees.dont submit your original documents to BD Industry. Once you submit and if you want to leave without intimation in emergency then also they have fantacy to stuck your black & white. No encouragement and no work satisfaction. Only good things is that payment is on time
