After contract end they would say we don’t have client requirement and make you wait for 90days for full & final settlement and don’t provide you salary. Please don’t join for Dell Technologies as Product Manager. No work life balance

1. Nothing, 2. No proper channel to talk & discuss regarding your issues, 3. Everybody will say I'm not the concerned person. 4. There's No body to solve your problem

1. Everything, 2. No Job security, 3. No proper communication from the HR or the senior manager. 4. They don't have enough Client & projects, while joining they'll say we will have you, you are safe with us etc. 5. But After the joining your in the war zone & can be fired anytime.
