Additionally, it is comparatively lower than my previous compensation. I feel the there are areas for improvement (HR).The salary and promotion opportunities have not met my expectations, and I believe the leave policy and night shift allowance could be reviewed for better employee satisfaction.

In Paper, BCD really wrote wonderful policies, Rules are rules are completely depending on those hands. This Leadership people are really egoistic, and head weighted. So much self oriented and blame game players.

Dislikes

There characters approach, bad leadership styles, Favours promotion styles. Toxic work enviroment , Bad words on floor by management.

Likes

One of the Staff oriented organisation. It doesn't treat you as a labour,instead they treat as a professional, a family member. The leaders here are too supportive,have lots and lots of patience.
