Place runs like a school No flexibility with wfh option. Limited clients because the work is so poor clients don't stay for long. Teams are limited. This agency has no personality. Highly volatile on terms of management and doesn't have any fresh thoughts or ideas.

supportive. Considerate. Cooperative in working from home for all, everyone from top to bottom across departments has pitched in to make the utmost use of technology to make work happen.

Dislikes

Flat structure that reduces upward movement. Need better woman representation at the top. Need access to more information from paid credible data sources.

The work process should be systematic like only after development testing should be conducted and the BRD and CSD should have sufficient knowledge about the scope of requirement.

Dislikes

I have worked really hard but didnt get much credits. There was no onsite opportunity. Less employees and more work.
