The leave granting procedure needs updating, and the salary is too low compared to other universities in the same city. I received 36k previously, and now my salary is much more, which makes it quite unsatisfactory to work at BBD University. Additionally, I suggest that the administration consider distributing administrative tasks more fairly.

You will learn to be happy and enjoy your own company after working for this Organization. Need for skill development then change your subjects every semester otherwise people will stick to their subjects which they are teaching for the past 10 years.

Dislikes

... their staff by giving appraisal / hike (a decent amount, not 500rs. appraisal). No hike is given from the past 3-4 years.

Likes

Great place to work as a point of job security. No pressure on tasks assigned for timely presentation. Leaves are monitored well and attendance / timing is noticed sharply.

Dislikes

Promotions are a bit unsatisfactory as compared to working hours. Working hours can extend to availability of management.

Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. And college policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Babu Banarasi Das is an University. It is good for faculty, who wants to share knowledge with their students. Environment of University is soo good and fashionable. Faculty and every member is soo supportive. Dean student welfare also sooo supportive. I am ex student of BBD

Lower level worker and co-workers are sometimes soo cheap
