Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

You are open to have one on one with top management.

Dislikes

No Culture, No decision power, zero development, delay in salary, many time you have to ask for salary. No integrity and ethics in terms of PF submission and tax deduction/Submission.

Appraisal is done on work experience and company really feel and treat everyone a a family member. Top management is wonderful.

Good work culture and environment.The store teammates are slightly supportive and the management is slightly transparent.company politics are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the company management doesn't address our issue. Salary decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which me can't resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Experiencing something which i don't know before.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Not satisfactory about how they pay salary. Counting the months from date 20, this is too bad, or its mean the salary should come into our account on date 20-25. They want us to work really good but the payout is very bad.
