...hange based on the management's whims or influence from other internal managers. If you want to make your career with self-respect then better join good reputed companies in lesser salary. But don't lose your self-respect here in this company as there is no growth and respect for employees until you're shamelessly facing management's mood swings.

The company doesn't even follow basic principles of employment. When company asks someone, who's even a confirmed employee, to leave they do not even provide one full month's pay as part of notice period. Anytime they change policies.
