I have strong dislike for the management and the managers who blindly follow them. The work culture is disappointing with a lack of professionalism and a hire-and-fire approach based on management's impulsive behavior. Policies are inconsistent and often change based on the management's whims or influence from other internal managers<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you want to make your career with self-respect then better join good reputed companies in lesser salary</mark>.
