But don't lose your self-respect here in this company as there is no growth and respect for employees until you're shamelessly facing management's mood swings.

The Hr juita is so dumb. The Hr does not even know how to speak english. And she was not presentable at all. Normally HR are so polite but she was talking as if she did a favour taking the interview. I called her again and again but she was rude to say don't you understand and kept the call

The company doesn't even follow basic principles of employment. When company asks someone, who's even a confirmed employee, to leave they do not even provide one full month's pay as part of notice period. Anytime they change policies.
