...is company, its shocking to know that companies like this still exist in 2021. This organisation basically runs scams, the management is terrible, they didn't pay me and the fellow interns claiming it’s COVID, whereas the foul mouthed CEO has enough money to go for tour all over the country.

...can just abuse left, right and centre and this really displays some levels. 2) Please pay your employees on time, you have trapped more than thousands of students whom we really pity, I bet you can really save a lot after paying the rent, electricity bill and maintenance fees to pay the interns. 3) Please do not join this org for any of their courses or even for work.

You will work with young and energetic people who are enthusiastic and motivated to do Sales and you will be acknowledged and appreciated on achievement of your weekly and monthly targets assigned to you. You can have your complimentary coffee or tea provided to you for refreshments.

Dislikes

Cold calling unknown people from your personal number who are your leads for doing sales at between 8pm-11pm which is almost sleeping time for people. Sometimes you have to hear bad words for cold calling and even your number might be put in scam or might get blocked for cold calling. You can hear abusive languages from your seniors for not achievement of sales targets and even your work pressure might be increased for lagging sales. You have to even provide incomplete or false information on call to customer to book your demo for meeting with students parents at their home. On Home demos you have to provide all false information about company's tie up with big branded companies for false job promise to students parents and ask them to process loan for big amount somewhere between 60k to 1.25 lacs. For loan process, few documents and OTP required from students parents and it gets processed in few minutes. Loan gets approved and your sale is being done.... Congratulations....now you have fooled both yourself and also to students parents. Sale is about helping people to fulfill and meeting their demands and not about cheating people. Here you have to cheat people who are students parent or else you will be disrespected or abused at office for not completing Sales Targets.

They have a irregular way of working, No JOB SECURITY and no proper response from TOP LEADERSHIP. Pathetic company to work for, If you are an outstation candidate, Don't choose this company as they will offer you good package, make you relocate at your own expenses. And if any concern is there with them, they will ask you to leave or don't pay you for your time and work. ********DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY******** AT ANY COST.

THE CEO Himself has no SOUL and way of working along with his people, Pathetic people only there for revenue but they don't know how to generate revenue....THEY LIVE OFF PEOPLE UNDER THEM.

It was a youth driven company and people of my age worked so i liked it there

Except the sales team no other dept ever got appreciation neither by their immediate boss. Sometimes even after working extra hours we were still told to go home and work on weekends too.
