Everything, It is a MNC company but worse than other company, too much pressure from manager and if you get sick they will question on your abilities to work. Favouritism on high level. Working off and holidays are too little.

There is no any value for the candidate. Previously how he was work for the organisation. Poor CTC s poor DA as compare with other MNC companies. Frode commitments. Because of these reason we loss our drs personal relationship. And etc......
