The Gobal polices are not at all implemented. In India there is no implementation of Global compliance. All Indian policy are against the Global compliance policy.

Just for salary we can work, not that much good Company. Company progress like indian local Company even though it is MNC. am not seeing MNC Standard hear.

Everything, It is a MNC company but worse than other company, too much pressure from manager and if you get sick they will question on your abilities to work. Favouritism on high level. Working off and holidays are too little.
