It is not a good place to work as people are toxic who are spooling culture at Bayer there are safety issues for women and also male dominated culture though female are at Top management no policies for women colleagues

Culture policies towards women compensation is poor Hierarchy is not right as powerless designations are there not well qualified people on top position

...ach about compliance and focus on self development of employees during pandemic. Even they didn't cut any salaries during pandemic even didn't late any of salary. I m always thankful to bayer and I am proud employee of bayer. I m learning lit of things and bayer gives you values.

Very good organization ,with excellent product range .Training and culture was good.Collegues were like family. Just salay and compensation part was bit compromised not matching MNC.

I would never suggest anyone to join bayer by just name it have too much toxic work culture and non Gujarati partiality at work place you will be promoted only if you are a maharashtrian cor somewhere else bcoz most of HODs of all departments are Maharashtrian

Person oriented unit, Different to Bayer global Bayer policy. Recognition based on only "yes sir" base, promotion and awards is only for the employees those are respected for head's without caliber.
