As I worked with Bayer on contractual basis it was my 1st job. I learned lots of things in Supporting superior, always encourage to learn new things.

Only thing that I don't like they don't consider contractual employees for payroll position and pay for contract ppls is also very less.

I would never suggest anyone to join bayer by just name it have too much toxic work culture and non Gujarati partiality at work place you will be promoted only if you are a maharashtrian cor somewhere else bcoz most of HODs of all departments are Maharashtrian

Person oriented unit, Different to Bayer global Bayer policy. Recognition based on only "yes sir" base, promotion and awards is only for the employees those are respected for head's without caliber.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
