It is one of the best employee friendly company amongst the world. It emphases on personal development and on work life balance.

Dislikes

About low on compensation and benefits. And abut slow in terms of Career Growth. But having said this, Monsanto Is one of the best companies to work for.

Very open and transparent work environment, gives opportunity for the career growth and skill development.

Compensation is decent but some times further growth takes a bit longer and subject to opening within.

Over all experienced with team association working daily giving training with associates work & fight with their work even though unsecured job by the mean poor growth in career salary is Rs 25,000/- per month excluding Rs 5000/-per month as travelling expense convenience amounts

Treatment& training is nice job security is poor no salary growth

Very good organization ,with excellent product range .Training and culture was good.Collegues were like family. Just salay and compensation part was bit compromised not matching MNC.
