There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is no permanent job for agronomist.

Nothing is there to dislike in the company , Salary package is very decent but career growth is some little slow if some employee

Every one needs good manager, work life balance , less stress and leave can be taken due to emergency . So all this facilities available here. So totally very good company , colleagues and policies .

Nothing. But in terms of hike, bonus and promotion now they put on hold due to some financial issue.

Reimbursement with salary only in month end not before that , you have to spend money from your pocket for company's work .
