Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Work load is less They give you break in between That's it.

Dislikes

Worst place to work No proper system, ethics, Disgusting staff food cooked with remaining black oil from ala carte No proper resting areas. Enter the kitchen and you see like a downgrade dhaba no hygiene nothing. Resturant looks beautiful but enter the kitchen and you see the reality.

Very Friendly management you will get more things to learn very good experience I have with Bay15Hotel my favorite work place even food and accomandotion free for the hotel staff And specially thank you Domnic sir (GM) Chef yugal Sharma and Aradhana Mam(HR)
