Job security is good here even excellent. Culture is lowest bkz of here mostly non certified and worker at working. Management is average and company police is good.

I don’t like that Continantal not give respect and salary and no gifts on fastival and no work standards.

Poor Job security, Salary pay scale is good. Good learningon Heavy machinery. Less documents and less systematic approch in working culture. Environment is good. Excellent experience in production very pricision machining jobs.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company offers a lot of learning experience by providing various avenues to work on. Offers challenging opportunities to enhance career development.

Dislikes

Compensation is irrational in the sense that different pay is offered to people at same level. Hard work is not rewarded upto the mark and a culture of favouritism exists within the organisation.
