There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation is irrational in the sense that different pay is offered to people at same level. Hard work is not rewarded upto the mark and a culture of favouritism exists within the organisation.

...f time office are very poor, they think that the company is owned by their dady. if someone goes to time office regarding attandance, salary or any issue, then the people of time office dont support and behave like they are owner and other people's are there servent. 3. No idea about how much salary deducts and how much salary receives. This is not compulsory that salary slip receives or not.

Will receive your salary time to time no delay there. And during covid company supported their staff so much that is one of the good thing which i liked the most.

Dislikes

Working culture not good and promotion will be not there. Salary hik not good. As a fresher you can start but for the further growth you need to leave it.
