...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Baxter Global US and overseas people are very good and supportive.

Ahmedabad Corporate Quality head is very bias and no transparent appraisal system. Majority new People recruited from Sun pharma, Paonta plant and only they get promotion. In CQA only selected people get promotion without they doing any extra good work. In CQA culture is completely bias no means of good work.

Flexi working hours. One can Come to office at any time and leave at any time.

- culture - most of the employees come to office to chit chat and talk about others. Blaming each other is a routine. Value addition to the company is negligible from most of the employees.

Like was nothing, just feeling as working in American company with Indian mentality management

Management and HR heads, HR policy for employees are fake, they never support you when you require ther help dealing with bad manager.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. However, here it is lot of scope of improvement in implementing quality culture, new systems and to maintain harmonize practices across the organization.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the hired localite managers are believing to hire localites only and that too from their past organization. This is the reason though the organization is believed in diversified work culture the managers ruined it badly.
